Working Hard For You

The board members are volunteers elected by Bay Cove residents. During annual meetings, the board members are elected to fill positions of expiring terms. A meeting notice, the previous year’s minutes, and copies of the yearly audited financial statements are mailed to all members in advance of the meeting.

Your Committees

Landscape committee is made up of residents who generously volunteer their time to provide a community and homeowner a landscape environment that will enhance the beauty, value and curb appeal of the neighborhood and its homes. The landscape committee’s actions will be governed by the HOA Board and Rules and Regulations. The Committee will execute an annual walk through and identify critical areas and project plan to update these areas in the community though bids they will present to the Board for review.
Architectural committee is made up of residents who generously volunteer their time to maintain and enhance our community, Guided by the Rules and Regulations will review the ARC submissions and bring for final approval to the board members. Also proactively looking for bids to renew curb appeal and create user friendly lists of preapproved products for windows, decking materials etc
The Communication and Compliance Committee is made up of residents who generously volunteer their time to maintain updates and communication of the website. The committee encompasses Compliance to facilitate communication to foster compliance within the neighborhood.
The Social and Swimming Pool is made up of residents who generously volunteer their time and aim to provide a schedule of inclusive, evolving and enjoyable events to foster neighborhood pride and camaraderie.
Neighborhood Watch Committee is made up of residents who generously volunteer their time to foster the relationship with our Community Officer in the Henrico police department and ensure we as a community are aware of any ongoing issues of safety in the neighborhood.
