Bay Cove is a group of homeowners with the sole purpose to help advance the best interest of each homeowner.
The Bay Cove Homeowners Association has the sole purpose to act as a collective voice for all of its residences.
Our mission is to ensure fair and efficient policymaking, management & governance of the Bay Cove community.
About Bay Cove
Bay Cove is a neighborhood nestled in the west end of Henrico County in Richmond Virginia. The 32 acre and 154 assorted two and three story townhomes have the quiet of an established community. Built around the west end of Wilde Lake it has walk ability to local shops and is within minutes to medical care, restaurants and Short Pump Mall.
